I have invited a few people in the past to connect with me, however I got a couple of "I don’t know this person" answers, which restricted my profile on LinkedIn. I was just wondering how can I connect to people without my account being suspended….I cannot send In mails, unfortunately.
I would appreciate your help.

LinkedIn should be used for genuine personal network building. I immediately block anyone I don’t know who tries to link to me. I devalues my status if random people connect as I deliberately select people I trust with a good cross section of skills and backgrounds.
Use introductions from people you do know and who trust you and then when your function is restored use In-Mail messages to people you don’t to see if they are receptive to you rather than trying to link straight off.
